James has been an educator since 2006, working in the UK and internationally. He started as a humanities teacher and has held numerous leadership positions such as MYP coordinator, deputy head and assistant head. He has worked with both the UK national curriculum and the International Baccalaureate framework. James has been a member of the International Baccalaureate Educator Network (IBEN) since 2016 and holds the roles of MYP consultant and site team leader, MYP workshop leader, IB continuum workshop leader and IB Education workshop leader.

Krestina has over 15-years’ experience in the educational sector in Dubai and Russia. During this time, she has worked as IB PYP Coordinator in international schools and as an education consultant. She has experience in all parts of the school development cycle. Krestina also directs Asteria, an international clothing company.
